Manage, change or cancel your subscription
No Notes Plus is billed through your Apple ID, not by us. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Canceling stops the renewal; Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore your purchase on a new phone
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with, then open the Plus screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Nothing to re-buy, nothing to re-enter.
Audio will not play
Check the silent switch and volume first, then force-quit the app and reopen it. Cases stream, so a working connection is needed the first time you play one. Still stuck? Email us with your iPhone model and iOS version and we will dig in.
Read-along text runs ahead or behind on Bluetooth
Update to the latest version of the app: it measures your headphone delay and corrects the read-along automatically. If the words still drift after updating, tell us which headphones you use so we can tune for them.
Report a case or a comment
If you believe a case identifies a real person, breaks our Content Guidelines, or should not be in the catalog, email report@nonotes.app with the case ID (on the case screen). Reports about a possible real person get the case pulled within 24 hours pending review; other reports get an answer within 5 business days.
Delete your account or get your data
Deleting your account happens inside the app and removes your votes, saves, taste profile and reports within 30 days. Want an export of your data first? Email us and you will have it within 30 days. Details live in the Privacy Policy.
Which devices are supported?
No Notes runs on iPhone with iOS 17 or later. An Android version is in development; it is not in the Play Store yet.
